I will answer your questions about design and explain what you need to pay attention to when preparing for renovations.
This is a space planning project tailored to the client’s preferences and aligned with the planned furniture layout. Most importantly, it complies with building codes and regulations (SNiP).

The main goal of author supervision is to ensure that renovation work complies with the approved design project.

- Preparing a tentative construction schedule
- Consulting with builders
- Solving any questions that arise during the process
- Making changes to the design project if necessary
- Selecting finishing materials, furniture, sanitary ware, lighting, and decor for the site
- Coordinating with furniture makers for custom furniture
- Providing the client with photo and video updates of the construction process, etc

- NoteThe design project documentation does not include working projects for the following sections: structural load calculations, electrical load calculations, ventilation, heating, plumbing, and air conditioning systems (performed under a separate agreement).
- Workflow
- The client provides a measurement plan or a specialist visits the site for measurements
- Payment for the „Space Planning” is 100% upfront
- Payment for the „Express Project” is made in 2 stages: 50%/50%
- Payment for the „Working Project” is made in 2 stages: 50%/50%
- Payment for the „3D Visualization” is made in 2 stages: 50%/50%
